Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NanaBros. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider

Important:
We do not refund shipping fees.
